I grew up between two worlds. In Peru, where my family is from, we have a word in Quechua that doesn't translate cleanly into any European language: ruray. It means to do, to make, to execute — but with a sense of commitment that goes beyond simple action. When you ruray something, you finish it.
I named this company after that word because my greatest personal failure has always been the gap between ideas and execution. I've had good ideas. Everyone has good ideas. The difference is in the doing.
We're building Ruray in public — showing every failure, every metric, every late night. Not because vulnerability is trendy, but because the local business owners we serve deserve to see exactly what they're buying into before they sign anything.
The agents we build are named after the same philosophy: TRIAGE, CONTENT FACTORY, ANALYTICS SCOUT. Each one takes action. Each one finishes what it starts.
Ruray lo hace. Ruray does it. We're testing that claim every day.
